Existing ADT Customers

If your company already has an IT or AMC Agreement with ADT you can get support by either:

a) Quickly check our FAQ. Most regular email, internet and PC problems are listed with simple ways to resolve them.

b) Login to ADT Central with your username and password and enter the issue in as much details as possible. This is the best and most reliable way to report a problem.

c) Contact the ADT office by telephone and report your problem. Please be sure to mention your company name, your name and your contact telephone number along with a detailed description of the problem. If it is out of office hours please be sure to leave a message so we can get back to you. If it is an urgent problem use the emergency support option on the same number, this will page an on call engineer who will call you back. (Note the emergency support option may incur additional charges).

New Enquiries

If you are not an existing ADT IT support or AMC customer we would require to form an agreement with you prior to being able to provide support services. Depending on your requirements we would be able to provide an AMC service or Ad Hoc support based on hourly rates. Please contact ADT for further details.
